Second Update: The new drivers add about 20fps to 1080p performance. I'll need more time to really test the drivers, though. **UPDATE: This link actually has the MAX settings. I'll try to update this, if multi-player or later campaign levels play worse. Read below for some clarification.

Clarification about the settings: At the start of the video, I am using the "Ultra" preset, with Shadows turned down, one notch, to "High." I then end up changing the settings to the "Ultra" preset, right before I start fighting monsters. After that, I do a better job of explaining what I'm doing with the settings.
