This part was way too complicated. After finally finding a stronghold, I searched it high and low, only to find out that a rare generation glitch caused a modpack structure to generate perfectly over the portal room. I confirmed this off-camera with spectator mode, so someone recommended I use a structure from the Prefabs mod called Ender Gateway. It works and looks cool as heck. I beat the Ender Dragon too, but I needed to turn it to Easy difficulty or else I would've died 100 times straight. It's weird, I thought I set it to Easy at the start. Next part will involve figuring out how to farm Endermen for some rare drops I need, as well as a renewable source of Ender Pearls.
