This is the first level that gave me a notable amount of trouble. The enemies in this level constantly respawn, and it introduces grenade launcher enemies that can put you into an infinite stun loop that wastes all your continues and prevents you from doing any inputs, which is why the savestate rule exists.

That indoor section with the multiple levels was almost not possible, but some dev was nice enough to include that powerup at the bottom that decreases damage.
