This can be done way faster and you wanna use the turret to kill all the enemies (this can be skipped to save time although risky). This would save 15 max with how I did it and maybe 30 at the most if done optimally. Useful for APB and probably the 100% categories too.
The hardest part is the weird wrench high jump into SI after getting onto the building. If you slip off, you have to do the strat again (Or the dynamo BlueGuy)
