I had not been paying attention to RAD prior to its launch. I don't really know why, other than to say there's so much other stuff out there.
But Double Fine's latest is a perfect nostalgia trip right back to the glories of 80's cartoons. From the terrible voice acting, to the aesthetics and music, this throwback homage roguelike just nails every element.
Pure, unadulterated fun. Just like the cartoons back then were.
