After Sand fortress the party reaches the Gran plain which is a forest that leads to Granorg and another village. The party finds a border full of guards and since they have no means of passing through and mostly since they forced their way through in the sand fortress, they starting thinking of something else until they heard a scream.
they find the source of the scream being a little girl attacked by tigers, so stocke and co defeated them and find out that she wasn't alone. She was with 2 more people and they were traveling performers and also Satyros, a race of people which are often refered as the beastkind, the little girl introduced herself as aht and took a liking at Stocke and wanted to repay him but even though he declined, the travelers wished to repay them and so asked them for help about the border.
