This is part of the new update for Rage. It includes 3 new options. The new VSync option which allows you to remove any screen tearing. The new Anisotropic Filter option which allows you to increase the anisotropic texture filtering and the option I am showing in the video, because its my favourite out of the three, is the new Texture Cache option which allows you to increase the texture cache size to keep more texture data in video memory which stops at least 90% of the awful texture pop-ins we have been seeing since launch. Finally.
