Good morning/afternoon/evening, viewers.

So this monster is based on a Korean ghost in their folklore called "Dueoksini." An orge-like ghost who has a giant appearance.

Funnily enough, as an Indonesian, the Indonesian folklore has a similar monster who just so happened to look like this creature. It is called Buto Ijo. Buto Ijo means "Green Giant." This is why in our community, we called this monster "Buto Ijo."

Although, there are many more differences between these two creatures. Please let me know if you can find many more of those differences in the comments.
