4EDIT: The technical problems that I speak of in this video were caused by the Nvidia Geforce Experience (shadowplay). Expect similar performance if you intend to use flashback recording in Shadowplay or AMD ReLive. Due to this the games score has been increased to a Worth a Buy.
I played the original insurgency off and on for years and this long awaited sequel is a great replacement. If only the technical side of it was better. the game suffers from frame drops, hitching, and a myriad of other problems. This game was already delayed a month to try to fix those problems and it seems like it needed a little more time.
