I spent in all about 3 hours on this.. And it is not great. I just recorded some of working on the UV's. You should be able to get an idea on what I posted what all is needed. Really the UV's need to be raked to follow a flow pattern. It is just project from view now and you can see how its a problem doing it that way. You would need to paint the UVs in the direction the water would go if it possible. I did a good amount of UV work, but never fooled with that.

All music, talking, except for last song is my own. There are a few of the jingles I made for some videos in the past. Or for a joke to email someone. The last song is a Halloween song but with a different style. I prefer original any day.
