About Star Junction, The Triangle, and the Burlesque road:
Star Junction is an 8-block neighborhood located in the heart of Algonquin, Liberty City. It is intended to mimic the functions of New York City's Times Square as both a cultural and corporate center of the city.
Star Junction's urban design is characterized by heavily ad-laden buildings and entertainment establishments. Apartments, hotels and officer towers surround the center. There are also "Broadway" theaters and other entertainment establishments (including the Split Sides) which show different performances.
The Triangle is a 6-block neighborhood in the center of Algonquin, Liberty City. Based on the presence of the name of The Triangle, one of the area's sources of inspiration may be the TriBeCa in Manhattan, New York City.
The Rotterdam Tower (based on the Empire State Building) is located in The Triangle.
Burlesque is an avenue located in Algonquin, Liberty City. The avenue starts in the north at an intersection with Manganese Street in Star Junction, running south at an approximate 15 degree angle towards The Triangle. It crosses paths with Denver-Exeter Avenue to form the iconic Star Junction intersection, switching position at Kunzite Street before continuing south and terminating at Garnet Street on the northern fringe of Suffolk.

About the game:
Grand Theft Auto IV (also known as GTA IV or GTA 4, released 2008) is the eleventh title in the Grand Theft Auto series. The game was developed by Rockstar North and was published and released by Rockstar Games for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. The Xbox 360 and PS3 versions were released worldwide to widespread hype on April 29, 2008. The PC version was released on December 3, 2008.
Grand Theft Auto IV is heavily influenced by Russian gangster movies, and Niko Bellic's physical appereance is based on the character of Sasha, a Bulgarian sniper who works as a mercenary for the Bosnian-Serb Srpska paramilitary organization, from the movie Behind Enemy Lines.
Set within the fictional Liberty City, based on New York City, the single-player story follows Eastern European war veteran Niko Bellic and his attempts to escape his past while under pressure from loan sharks and mob bosses.
