Ramchella features entirely CSU students. The event is put on annually by the Young Producers Organization and is completely student-run and features music performances by students as well. The idea behind the festival was promoting local talent while learning how to organize and run a large musical event.

The performance was recorded by the RAMProductions student live event production team. RAMProductions was created by the Department of Journalism and Media Communication at Colorado State University with support from Campus Television (CTV), the College of Liberal Arts, and the Division of External Relations.
