Ramen burgers themselves have become a bit of a food craze, but Barry decides to take things up a notch by merging with a classic 3 bun McDonalds Big Mac vibe. The juices from the burgers soak into the ramen noodles and the taste is really quite amazing - you must give this a try or even make the classic versions! Good luck.

1.5 packs of ramen noodles
salt & pepper
400g beef mince
1/4 onion chopped
2 tbsp thousand island dressing
slice of cheese
gherkin / pickle slices
chopped lettuce
sesame seeds
