The last videos of this were a bit of a disaster so I'm attempting a redo. I haven't played this mod in a while so I wasn't sure what the balance was going to be like playing it with Pandemonia. So far, it's pretty easy. I'm thinking about changing to the original doom health system as this one is very generous with health and armor.
I remember lamenting the fact that I chose to play with permanent cards on my first playthrough. Being hub based I can't easily reset my character and remember what levels I've already done. I took care of that.
I edited mapinfo so that each level sends me to the next, bypassing the hub entirely. This allows me to reset whenever I feel like it and know where I left off. I even set it to skip the maps that force a reset. I think there were 5 in total.
