This game is certainly challenging and pretty darn punishing, so it fits in with all the other rogue-likes we've played! The art style is very unique and cool, as well as having really nice sound design, with it's own humor and dark aesthetic. We die a few times today, which always feels pretty bad since it usually happens right when we're getting a nice stockpile of ammo and resources. Thankfully, you don't lose EVERYTHING, but dying is still super punishing. Our last death is probably the worst, since the boarding pirates are SO oppressive and OP that it's just a cluster right up until death. Oh well, fun game, we'll definitely play more soon!
