We’re back at it again with the Ratchet & Clank Randomizer, the amazing mod made by bordplate! If you haven’t seen a R&C Rando run before, the idea is simple: when you activate the mod, the location of all items, gadgets, weapons and infobots gets randomized, so you can get the Thruster-pack in a Gadgetron Vendor or you can pay 150k bolts on Rilgar to get the Sonic Summoner. Who knows! It’s random! The only rule is that infobots are randomized in their own separate pool, so you will still get no new coordinates on Aridia, for example.
The version of the Randomizer I’m running has a custom requirements file, allowing routes that force the use of tricks without ever forcing the hardest ones. Besides that, I also use RACMAN to have a live controller input on screen, and a custom tracker layout!
