The original title in French, “Memoire Vive” is a reference to the RAM of a computer device.
Literally, it means “living memory”, as opposed to the ROM that is called “mémoire morte” (“dead memory”).
This program has aired in France on Game One since November 2022, and is produced by Elokami Production.

Mémoire Vive (Random Access Memories) was created and produced by Alexandre Pilot and Jean Monset between 1999 and 2001.
The first version of the program was composed of 82 episodes of 7 minutes each, broadcast on the Game One TV channel.
In 2021, a new series was produced by Jean Monset (24 episodes of 13 minutes each) and has aired on Game One since November 2022.
