Easy conditioning to keep burning calories throughout the day after working out without worrying about overtraining—just a few sets needed. I like doing these types of exercises while fast walking around the neighborhood, every quarter of a mile or more. I also add short periodic jogs, and when breathing becomes effortless, I can gradually tone it down. It also lifts my mood when I don’t feel like training, especially after eating more than I needed. After the first set, I’m fired up and ready to go.
