To play it, you'll need the original copy of the Doom WAD (it can be the shareware version or Ultimate Doom) and a source port to play it. I recommend ZDoom, PrBoom or Doomsday Engine to play it.
The map itself is pretty tough at the start, especially if you're doing a pistol start like I did. But after you clear the start, it's fair enough to play. It has 10 secrets, 77 items and max of 283 kills (you can't get them all because of the exit, like in original E1M8). In my opinion, far better than original E1M8, Phobos Anomaly. It has way more action and feels more fun to play.
