Random Thoughts: Why I Wouldn't Survive as a Chef
0To be a great chef, one must have the right education and skills to work in a fine dining environment, and it also means that you would need to spend a lot of hours away from home and going through a lot of stress as a result. Having watched a lot of cooking competitions lately and seeing what some of the best in the world go through, I myself have come to realize that if a sudden career change does happen, being a chef is probably not going to be in the cards. And if you're wondering why, well for this random thought, I will share with you a few reasons as to why I don't think I would last very long as a chef.
