NUZLOCKE HYPE! Purpleite and Janzo are duking it out in a game that not only neither of them are experienced in playing all that much, but also a game that punches logic in the kidney until it pees rainbows and insanity. Randomized Pokemon, randomized movesets, randomized abilities, it's fricken Wonderland out there. If either of them manage to make it to the end I will be surprised.

Rules have also changed from the last nuzlocke to be even less merciful:

A) Pokemon "die" when they faint. Players must put the deceased Pokemon in a box labelled in a way to recognize that it's a box of dead Pokemon (i.e. "Death" or "Graveyard" or something. Feel free to get creative.) Living Pokemon cannot be put in this box (Even ghost types, you smartass.)
B) Players can only catch the first Pokemon they encounter in every route. (Dupes clause is not in this race due to the nature of the randomizer.) The only exception is if the player encounters a shiny Pokemon in the wild. The rarity of this is so great, it'd be a shame to not catch it.
C) Players must nickname all of their Pokemon. Theoretically you can get away with lame-ass names like "Bird" or "AAAAAAAA" but c'mon, don't be a dick.
D) A player gets a game over if they white out (All the Pokemon in their party are dead)
E) "Save points" occur after ever gym leader is defeated. If a player gets a game over, they are sent to that last "save point"
F) Players get to choose between the three starters presented to them at the beginning of the game. All other Pokemon-based choices generally yield unknown Pokemon anyway so those choices won't matter (i.e. fossil resurrection).
G) The "first pokemon per route" rule doesn't apply until players actually have access to Pokeballs.
H) If an HM is required to get farther in the game, and a player does not have a Pokemon that can learn that HM, the player may either use a dead Pokemon or an illegally captured Pokemon to use for the HM. That Pokemon cannot be used in battle, and as soon as the player catches a legal Pokemon that can learn the HM, it must learn that HM.
I) A player wins when Champion Steven is defeated. The other player may choose to continue playing anyway for Youtube purposes or whatever.

*In the video it says they have three chances before they automatically lose. After the first stream we decided that due to the nature of their suckiness, it would be relatively impossible to expect anyone to win with that rule, so we're sticking with the normal checkpoint rule.
