Ranged Weapons now have some life! New Affinities, Increased Ashes of War for bows. Crossbows buffed! Ballista reworked!

Had to rewrite the mod from scratch because the parameters got changed in the files, so no importing. Boo. Anyway this is an initial stable release of the mod for v1.04 of Elden Ring.

Some Ashes of war don't do proper damage or work quite so well with bows, but I'm leaving them in for now so that when I figure out how to change Ashes parameters then I can just edit those and we're good to go.

This is updated for 1.04 (4/20/2022)
