I do not do any skips or anything special like sorting inventory whilst moving (I am too old for that). The speed to get through the acts is mainly thanks to a combination of the ranger ascendancy and quicksilver flasks. If I can do it in around 5 hours everyone can. The main trick is to not keep switching gear every time you find an item on the floor

Throw everything in a tab and change gear in bulk if you can or wait until your damage or survivability really starts to fall off...and do not stop to kill off tanky rares (I am still guilty of this)

Actual time is probably about 5 Hours and 5 mins as I pause the timer between acts as I cannot do all this in one sitting due to real life stuff, so the video is actually lots of different sessions stitched together

I did not do 3rd lab as normally gear up a little bit in maps first to make it quicker and easier and blood rage is a decent substitute for the frenzy nodes

There are a few deaths in this video as there were times where I was not res capped and was too lazy to spend the time balancing them. If you are playing hardcore or do not like dying make sure you are res capped even if it takes a few extra minutes. I only died at bosses so no real downtime.

Overall I think you are better off spending 15- 20 minutes in farming zone like BA to gear up more. This was fine hitting white maps, but felt smoother in my previous playthrough when I spent more time levelling.
