Sometimes when I upload videos to YouTube, some of my videos gets misidentified and even the ones with no music. The company is called MPRCS/ Music Publishing Rights Collecting Society. I don't know what this company is, I know this company is not serious unlike the big record labels like WMG, EMI, and UMG.

In this video, I'm showing another video that I uploaded, it tells me that I might of put music on this video, at first of all I didn't put no music or even or copyrighted song into my video and I didn't play it, they tell me that I might put it into my video for no reason. That's stupid because some of my videos got tagged and I didn't put no music, something is not right here!

Well if there is word called "collect" then I think this company is fake and let's YouTube think that I'm infringing their rights, their is a lot of people makes videos on YouTube with no music anyway, but YouTube really needs to improve their ID, and their CMS (Content Management System.)

LIKE WTF, I DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS, THIS DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE FOR YOUTUBE TAGS ONE OF MY VIDEOS WHICH DIDN'T HAVE NO MUSIC PLAYING!

If they are collecting money from our videos illegally by putting ads, marking them that it theirs and it doesn't have any copyrighted material from them anyway, now that's not right!

If you use a song which is in the public domain, then you shouldn't have any problem, but about if you put public domain song in to my video and this company mark this, public domain means that you can use that song in any way of manner. This company doesn't own the rights to own public domain stuff and videos or music that I created, it still made by the owner who made the piece of work that he or she made, but expires in 70 years after death of that person of that copyrighted work that he or she made can be go into the public domain.

YouTube, solve this issue!
