Today we're checking out the new NECA Raphael as Frankenstein's Monster Ultimate Action Figure! I honestly can't believe how insanely excited I am for this new TMNT X Universal Monsters line! This first entry kicks some serious monster shell and is one of my favorite figures I've ever reviewed. He's honestly pretty damn perfect and I can't wait to get my hands on Leonardo and the rest of the crew! Every fan of TMNT or Universal Monsters needs to add this to their collection. Enjoy!
