Raspberry Pi synth / keyboard sound for midi controller

This is Raspberry Pi 2 running fluidsynth with a piano soundfont to provide a piano sound for a usb midi controller.
The midi controller is powered via the Raspberry Pi 2 (usb)
Audio output is via the native 3.5 audio jack on the Pi 2
This is the stock Raspbian Jessie 'lite' version with the stock kernel.
