After dicovering where the parade balloons went, we make our way over to Club Nefarious to find the Shadow.. I Mean the Phantom!! After blowing his cover he helps us by giving us the Phantom Dash which allows us to briefly phase through reality allowing us to leap through those doors that were in our way before. Phantom tells us if we can help him hack one of Nefarious's propaganda blimps, he'll give us the means for us to get our hands on a Royal Ship.
