It was initially released in October 2007 for the PlayStation 3, and was the first game in the series released on the system. The game follows Ratchet and Clank as they travel to the Polaris Galaxy after planet Kerwan is invaded by Emperor Tachyon, a cragmite who is intent on destroying Ratchet, the last lombax.
