0This is the first world and not the last where we will need to come back later on and I'm not just talking about the gold bolts I also mean the arena as well!
Speaking of which there are 4 gold bolts here and 1 holo plan I only got 2 gold bolts and the holo plan because the other 2 gold bolts are locked behind gadgets that we don't have yet!
As for the arena you fight a bunch of enemies and get cash rewards so no downside LOL! I actually do them all as well since having all those bolts might come in handy later on LOL!

When you are on the upper level of the massive circular building (the lower level is green and had the two clapper bots breaking out of the glass), head towards the zipline. Instead of getting on the zipline, jump down to the left to land on a narrow path with fire statues. Avoid the fire and you will reach the gold bolt. Jump down to arrive at main courtyard.
After the Ferris Wheel and Swingshot Targets but before the second Trail of Turning Terror, you will be in a large garden/courtyard. Hug the fence which lines the edge of the garden to the ocean, and you will notice behind a large boulder is a secret area. Head around the boulder and pick up the gold bolt.

When on the Ferris wheel just after the first hazard, you will see some Raritanium chests; jump off the Ferris wheel and onto them. Break everything and you will see some boxes below. Go there and break them and you will have the next holo-plan.
