0Obani Gemini,part of the Obani moons. For the first section of the area,you'll mainly be using the Refractor gadget. Aim the lasers around here from satellite to satellite to eventually open a warp pad to a new area. There's also a Titanium Bolt in this first part. In the next section you'll do more fighting,so another chance to level up weapons. Got enough Bolts to buy the Annihilator,your rocket launcher of the game. The Plasma Whip became the Quantum Whip as well. The Bio-bliterator is at the end of this place,but it's heavily shielded,and cannot be accessed currently. No time to worry about it though,Blackwater City is under attack and needs help!
