Rayman 2: The Great Escape on the Dreamcast. And again I forget the logo... crap.

The cut-scene with Razorbeard was 15FPS. I could have fixed it, but I went screw it! For music, I went with N64 versions during the sliding sections. The reason why is because the music had 5 variations on N64, while with DC, you only get the same one which is boring.

Now here we got an amazing lum count. 94 Yellow Lums are stretched across the ship. 64 of them are thrown at you with not too much to work with!.

And that's one of the first reasons why this took a long time to do. I had to go and learn the game's sliding physics and master them just for this level. That circle of Yellow Lums at the end of the first part were quite harsh too.

Then enter Section 2 where you get attacked by the most powerful robo-pirate henchman in the game. This guy just rocket-jumps everywhere looking to torch you down, or plant his hook down your throat. No wonder why the music resmbles that of a boss (I modified it too). The reason to go down there is a switch which is SUPPOSED to be protected by a barrier and defeating the pirate lowers it, but in this version, there is no barrier (but switch doesn't flip until you get rid of him anyway).

And woah. Flying Shells are quite interesting. When you turn, your view also twists. You can use L to stabilize yourself, or turn in place, to adjust your view. Once you get used to it, you put it to the test for section 3

In the last part of this level, you use a Flying Shell to fly though a large portion of the prison ship. It's not too hard, but flinch and you start all over from the beginning of that part.

AND YES I snagged ALL 94 of the Yellow lums, without dying all in one shot! I'm awesome!

If you are playing the Dreamcast or PS2's Rayman Revolutions, you get this extra cut-scene at the end of the level. N64 did not have this scene (don't think DS did either) as you went from there straight to the final boss. This scene right here, is the BEST looking scene in the game. You can even see shading effects on Rayman. But they made a small error because he was riding a steel-coloured flying shell, not a regular yellow one!

Still, it is a nice addition and Rayman going on a cage-busting spree... wait wasn't that what I already did?
