I played this after hearing about the re-release collection coming for Switch. After making this video, I remembered why I stopped playing Raystorm in the PS1 era. Too many cheap deaths from bad design. Sometimes it's impossible to tell which stage elements are props to fly over or are obstacles you can run into. The lock on concept sounds good on paper but in practice it gets you killed far too many times.

Raystorm is pretty for its time, the early 3D polygon era as standard but it's not fun to me but will be great for fans. Making this video reminded me of why I didn't like the series so many years ago. Switch re-release is a pass for me.
