Following up on the recent RDNA 5 leaks, we have another HUGE update for the next gen Radeon GPUs. According to the recent leaks, RDNA 5 / UDNA will feature HUGE compute units (or CUs if you prefer) with over 2X the cores alongside a MAJOR architecture overhaul. It seems AMD are planning on changing everything AGAIN for the next gen RDNA 5 graphics cards, but will we see RDNA 5 flagship be competitive in gaming and ray tracing performance vs Nvidia's RTX 60? RDNA 4 disappointed some by not having a top end graphics card, it seems RDNA 5 / UDNA will more than make up for it in specs, performance and architecture updates - if the leaks are to be believed.
We also have a VERY interesting patent for software defined super cores, which Intel seemingly have planned for their upcoming next gen CPUs, although we will not see this in Nova Lake. But what could this mean for the future of Intel processors?
