Strategy and tips:

This is another tricky one because you won't have many items with you. You can however use health items however, so a miracle tonic can be used to top up your Dead Eye without failing for example. If it's not on a replay, it is also worth provoking a fight with the military in the short Guarma free roam section before starting this mission - as you can loot the bodies to stock up on items (you just need to flee quickly before additional waves turn up). It's unclear to me exactly when the time limit starts for this one, but I think it begins when Dutch picks Javier up and ends when the mission objective message changes from getting Javier to safety to telling you to hold off the enemies. If so, this I manage it here with 9 seconds to spare. The main thing is you have to make sure Dutch is always moving forward, so prioritise killing the enemies in front of him, and move forward with him. Don't worry about the ones behind so much unless they are an immediate threat. Know where the bad guys will come from and kill them quick, remembering accuracy is not an issue, and also you should be able to get the 10 headshots you need before Dutch starts to carry Javier - so make you accuracy count in that early section.
