Strategy and tips:
One of the easiest golds going. Just make sure you move in stealth mode to sneak up on the two guards as shown, then get on one of the horses shown with a yellow market on the radar at 10:16. I get on the wrong horse here which costs time, but still manage to make the gold objective!
