Strategy and tips:
The time limits are extremely tight for this mission and can be very frustrating. There are several things that are critical to speed up your completion
1) When you arrive on the island at 2:20, don't stand on ceremony waiting for Sadie to talk, run straight for the tower. Also, when you've sniped the guards from the tower at 3:45, don't wait for Sadie, go to the yellow marker as soon as it appears.
2) After you've collected John at the gate at 7:37, you need to kill enough prison guards in each section before John and Sadie will move. In this one, make sure you get all the ones on the walk way above them and to the right. When Sadie says they are moving, run back across the bridge straight away, don't try to kill any more.
3) At 8:06 over the bridge try to get as many kills as you can of those crossing the bridge, but be sure to clear out any over the river to the right. Again, fall back immediately when Sadie says they are going.
4) Try to save some dead eye for when you take cover behind the boxes at the end of corn fields at 9:13. Visibility isn't great but tagging enemies will allow you to get them quick and you must kill several before you move to the boat. When Sadie says to hold them off so they can get to the boat, don't stay and shoot, run straight to the boat. Run through the undulations to get some cover as you will get shot in the back a lot.
5) At 10:26, you must kill rapidly to finish the sequence. Use any remaining dead eye.
6) This is much easier on a main play through if you have a big stock of dead eye tonics, and top it up when you run. Outside of points 1-5), the rest of the sequences are semi-scripted so there is little opportunity to make up time.
For the record, I did not skip the cut scenes on this run.
