Strategy and tips:
The timelines are tight but shouldn't be a problem if you know where you are going and time your button presses. For the dynamite, simply move at full speed but press the key to plant and collect it as soon as the prompt appears. For escaping the train, make sure you press the button when Arthur's lever is at full height, for this I find it more helpful to watch the animation rather than the tool tip.
