This is my second trip to this region in Chapter 2 to collect plumes in advance for the rare birds that are required for the exotics quest. You may also find Spoonbills at this location. You want to start in advance and come back to this location periodically, as you need a lot of plumes and after you have killed a bunch the birds won't respawn for a while, even if you save and reload your game, but don't worry if you don't get the exact ones shown here. Keep visiting this location until you have 5 little, snowy and red egret plumes.
