RDR2 - Completing the Horseman 4 Challenge in Red Dead Redemption 2. You need to lasso someone while on horseback and then drag them 3300 feet

You need a wide open space to drag someone for this. I chose the area by the oil derrick in the Heartlands. Find someone on their own, then lasso them from your horse and ride in circles until you hit the 3300 feet goal. Try and avoid roads and anywhere else you might encounter witnesses. The victim doesn't have to be alive for the duration of this either - as long as you're dragging the body it counts.
