Dear lord, I hate this stupid chapter. Even with 9 flashes to burn for the final section of the bulldozer ride, there are a few spots where you're completely at the mercy of RNGesus. By far the most annoying enemy is the mace soldier that jumps down right after you throw the second flash on the final bulldozer ride section. He's extremely weak, so you only get one shot to kick him off (if you kick him twice he will die after hitting the ground). He almost always flies to the right and gets caught on the lip of the bulldozer when I try to kick him and the unarmed soldier off at the same time, and that's RIP run. I got lucky that he staggered backwards here and that he just barely got knocked off the bulldozer. Also, this was the first time I tried shooting the soldiers around 7:31. I somehow managed to floor one of them which is NOT good, but luckily he's one of the dumbasses that fails to jump onto the bulldozer when you have your back turned to him and are standing at the edge. I'm not sure how much HP he has, but it still probably would've been okay if he made it on to the bulldozer.
