I worked my ASS off on the Wesker/Jill fight, and this was the most consistent strategy I've found for Wesker. He's usually a bother at the very beginning of the fight, hitting the AI partner like 90% of the time. I found a way to get around that AND to get score some very quick damage, which is imperative in this battle since Chris can get totally raped by Jill at a moment's notice towards the end of the battle.

The first minute of the battle is where the difficulty grade really comes into play. When it's high, Jill will often start shooting just before the cutscene, meaning Chris runs off and forces me to call him back to get the first two shots on Wesker, which is REALLY random. After Chris melees him (it's cool to see the AI do it =D), I run around the corner so Wesker loses track of me, then fire AS SOON as I see him. This is the second part where a high difficulty grade will make this run annoying, since Jill is more active and is much more likely to go after Chris quickly. If she makes it past you while you melee Wesker, chances are she'll totally fuck the AI up since it just stands at the end of the hallway and takes whatever Jill dishes out (and her bullets HURT at grade 9). Happily, that didn't happen to me.

Now the next part was giving me trouble until I figured out that you can lead Jill out into the main area of the Monarch Room by simply hanging back for a bit after collecting the L. Hawk and calling Chris a couple times. If you don't do that, she usually ends up coming through the hallway and that usually spells trouble. The only problem with that is that if you hang out there TOO long, Wesker will end up in the main area VERY quickly, and that's a very bad thing. I abuse the corner for the next two shots, melee, then hide and wait to hit him with a last pistol shot, ending the battle. I got greedy and tried to end the battle early by not waiting behind the corner, and as a result it lasted a good bit longer than normal. Luckily, Chris had restrained Jill by then, so it was just a matter of waiting for Wesker to round the next corner.

The Jill battle is usually pretty simple, but Chris misses the first shot like an idiot (come on, man!), meaning I would have to hope for a restrain without flash rounds, which luckily happened right after. I need Chris to the controlling device twice to make the most of the 6 flash rounds I had, and luckily he got his act together later on. =P

Anyways, that's my wall of text. If you actually read it, hope you learned something. =D

The rules:
-Vet mode
-New game (beginning with an empty inventory)
-No purchases (meaning no upgrades, no buying the Stun Rod, vests, etc.)
-No items may be taken from storage (everything to be used later on in the game must be kept in the inventory)
-Overall S rank (this will usually mean a B ranking on enemies routed and S ranks on everything else)
-Chapters must be done in full (tactical restarts are allowed to get rid of enemies or to get Chris to catch up, but no restarts because of bad play)
