It finally happened! The odometer on my 2006 Toyota Corolla turned over 430,000 miles! That is amazing!

I bought my 2006 Corolla in October 2005 when it only had 6 miles on the odometer. Certain Toyotas from this era, however, have a glitch where the odometer freezes when it reaches 299,999 miles. Mine was no exception. Since then, I have been keeping track of the mileage by using one of the two trip odometers. The trip odometer records in 10,000 mile increments, so it hasn’t been a problem keeping track of the mileage since the odometer froze.
