I honestly have not looked at many tier lists in my time playing darkest dungeon so I was surprised to see some of the characters and where they were at. The highwayman was way too low and the plague doctor at S+ is super surprising to my personal experience. Great hero but I do not know if she is S +. I did see they mentioned people in terms of power, but that means the highwayman was really screwed and the vestal was then placed too high.
