Playing BSNES 0.69 on ReactOS 0.4 TRUNK version (MSVC 2013 built on 09.06.15).
Works almost 100% accurate.

Tricks I used:

Installed VirtualBox Additions for Video HW acceleration.

BSNES Settings:
Audio Latency: 100 ms (Default is 80 ms)
Video out: Direct3D (Default)
Audio Out: DirectSound (Default)
Input: DirectInput (NOT Default)

Software used for video generating:
VirtualBox 4.3.28 (Video capture in 1024x768 @ 768kbit)
Audacity 2.1.0 (Using StereoMix as recording device)
AviDemux 2.6 (To make VirtualBox's silent .webm video and the recorded audio track one file by converting it to x264 format based on YouTube suggestions + some shifting to make the time needed to first start Audacity recording and then VirtualBox Video capture be no more...)
