Played on the Nintendo Switch version of Octodad: Dadliest Catch, I don't know if this works on any other version of the game, but it probably should.

I don't know if I am the first person to find this, but this is a way to skip the second section of the World of Kelp on Console in Octodad: Dadliest Catch. The PC version of the game has a method of skipping the entire level by climbing the slide, which saves around 2-3 minutes in Any%. This glitch was patched on console. However, by using Tommy, you can clip out of bounds and climb on top of the second section of the level. Reloading from the last checkpoint is required, since for some reason (probably the slide) Octodad's arms don't work. From there, you can skip right to the urchin segment and onto the final section. I have gotten this glitch in the past but have yet to see any documentation on it. As seen by my time, I have done this level a minute faster than the dev time on a previous, unrecorded attempt. Since console doesn't have an in-game timer, I can't grasp just how much time this should save in Console Any%. But I speculate probably 30-45 seconds. However, this glitch is pretty hard without a consistent setup, so I don't know if it is RTA viable.
