I am not using Frame gen or FSR, i want to tried the native experience without those features (also it makes the game blurry)

You could get up to 40 FPS without FSR or frame gen, some fps drop to 20 sometimes. If you tried to used the FSR + Frame gen, you will get up to 60 FPS, but a bit blurry.
