DON'T GET BAMBOOZLED BUYING A POKEMON MERCHANDISE! In this video, we ask the biggest question when buying Pokémon. Is this real, resealed or straight up fake?
Note, scammers will open up the plastic on a box just to remove the heavy packs inside and replacing them with lighter packs, resealed them back in the packaging. Why do they do this? Packs are carefully weighed to determine if a possible chase card is present. Chase cards weight fractionally more than a regular card due to having more foil and overall plastic. If a pack weighs less, the chances are, there is nothing of value inside. Pokémon using different types of code cards to offset the weight of the pack but that does not always work. Bottom line, heavy packs are worth more because of the weight of the holographic chase card. If your box has been resealed, mostly like the scammer has removed the heavy packs. BE CAREFUL!
