6The Doge-1 Mission to the moon has recently been announced. Planned for the beginning of next year (2022), it will accept Dogecoin as payment. According to SpaceX Vice President of Commercial Sales Tom Ochiner, "This mission will demonstrate the application of cryptocurrency beyond Earth orbit and set the foundation for interplanetary commerce." And so begins the next phase.
