Precision Ag and AgTech are major emerging markets and there is enormous potential for optimizing management and reducing the environmental footprint. Aquanty, a tech spin-off from the University of Waterloo with expertise in environmental modeling and remote sensing is entering this market with its AgSat platform, aimed at delivering high-resolution satellite imagery and geospatial analytics to agricultural producers.
