This bug seems to happen when a player is killed and shortly after crushed by the "train", the map shown here is the sixth death match map, Stowaways.
If I remember correctly this can also happen to the player himself as well, but I need to verify.

About the game, this is a quite fun game, it is a arena shooter type of game for J2ME.
